At the 39th meeting on 22 November 2024, the Sixth Committee decided to recommend the General Assembly to defer a decision on the request for observer status for the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative in the General Assembly to its eightieth session. The Committee thus concluded its consideration of agenda item 178.
