SANTIAGO, 11 June 2019 每 Midway through the ten-year programme of action for the world＊s thirty-two landlocked developing countries, officials from landlocked and transit countries in the Latin America and Caribbean region are meeting to take stock of their collective progress in implementing the Vienna Programme of Action.

This paper reviews progress made by LLDCs in Asia and Europe in structural economic transformation (Priority 5 of the Vienna Program of Action - VPoA). It covers 10 Asian (Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Lao PDR, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) and 4 European (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Macedonia and Republic of Moldova) LLDCs.
MARRAKECH, 19 March 2019 每?Senior government officials and experts from landlocked developing countries (LLDCs), transit developing countries and development partners meeting in Morocco have called for stronger regional cooperation on transit policies and greater support in areas including connectivity in transport, energy and information and communication technologies infrastructure, export diversification, value addition and trade facilitation.
BANGKOK, 12 February 2019 每 Today, senior government officials and experts from landlocked developing countries (LLDCs), transit developing countries and development partners, concluded in Bangkok, Thailand, a Euro-Asian regional meeting on the Mid-term Review of the Vienna Programme of Action (VPoA), identifying progress and challenges in the implementation of the VPoA in Europe and Asia.
