When creating voting records of General Assembly resolutions adopted without vote and Security Council resolutions, delete the instruction in tag 269 in the workform and copy the action date from tag 992 (found in UNBIS bib record of that resolution) into tag 269 (Publication date) of the voting record on that resolution.

In voting records of General Assembly resolutions adopted with vote, tag 269 must be added manually, as it does not appear in the record generated by Horizon from the voting machine.
