Composition of the Groups
Guinea-Bissau
The ECOSOC Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Guinea-Bissau was created in 2002 and is composed of the Permanent Representatives of:
- South Africa (Chairman)
- Brazil
- Guinea-Bissau
- Netherlands
- Portugal
The Permanent Representatives of The Gambia , as Chairman of the Group of Friends of Guinea-Bissau, Angola , as Chairman of the Ad Hoc Working Group of the Security Council on Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Africa , and the President of ECOSOC also take part in the work of the Group.
The ECOSOC Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Burundi existed from August 2003 to July 2006 was composed of the Permanent Representatives of:
- South Africa (Chairman)
- Japan
- Ethiopia
- Burundi
- Belgium
- France
The Permanent Representative of Angola , as Chairman of the Ad Hoc Working Group of the Security Council on Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Africa and the President of ECOSOC also take part in the work of the Group.
