Applications for the UNAI SDG Hubs officially closed on 30 September 2024.
We are now in the process of appointing the UNAI SDG Hub Chairs, with an expected completion by the end of January 2025. This comprehensive process involves reviewing applications, engaging with potential candidates, confirming appointments, and hosting an inaugural meeting. Following the finalization of the Chair positions, we will commence the review and appointment of UNAI SDG Hub Vice-Chairs in February 2025. Once all appointments have been confirmed, the Hubs will be announced on UNAI＊s digital platforms.
The new cohort of UNAI SDG Hubs will actively contribute between 2025 and 2027 by driving impactful initiatives, informing policymaking, and promoting best practices to advance progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This initiative is critical to achieving the 2030 Agenda, and UNAI SDG Hubs will play a pivotal role in this collective effort.
