Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu¡¯izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan of Brunei Darussalam, said the 51³Ô¹Ï is far from perfect, and it costs more and more every year to maintain the Organization, but nothing else today can replace it.  ¡°Therefore, we must continue to make it better, more cost effective and more empowered to support multilateralism and a world order, based on the universal rule of law, in ensuring this organisation remains relevant to us all,¡± he said.  Member States must ensure that every nation respects the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity, as enshrined in the Charter, so that small countries like his can have their voices heard.
