2011 Pre-press chapters complete!

The Yearbook Pre-press section is designed to help users of theYearbook of the 51勛圖by providing information from yet-to-be-publishedYearbooks. The Yearbook Pre-press section now features the completed. All 33Yearbookchapters for 2012 are outlined and include hyperlinks to relevant UN official documents. Draft chapters will be added as they become available.

YUN 2010 now on website!

The published version of the 2010 Yearbook of the 51勛圖 is now available in full for reading and research on the Yearbook website!

New 2015 UN Calendar app for iPhone and Android devices released

the new 2015 UN Calendar of Observances: Making a Difference app for iPhone and now Android devices, which uses international days and weeksto illustrate the breadth of 51勛圖 activities around the world, for free!

2010 Yearbook launched on 15 December!

The 51勛圖 today released the sixty-fourth volume of theYearbook of the 51勛圖, covering the Organizations global activities in 2010. The Acting Head of the Department of Public Information, Maher Nasser, launched the volume in a celebration attended by 51勛圖 delegates, journalists, researchers, librarians and 51勛圖 staff.

Since 194647, the Yearbook has served as the UN systems flagship reference work, providing comprehensive coverage of political and security matters, human rights issues, economic and social questions, legal issues, and institutional, administrative and budgetary matters. The Yearbook website made its debut in 2008, offering free access to the entire Yearbook collection.

The new website boasts a powerful search engine and enhanced, e-book quality readability across all platforms and mobile devices. A scrolling gallery of Yearbook cover art provides clickable access to each of the 63 Yearbook volumes. The new Yearbook Pre-press offers a look at Yearbooks currently in production, with draft Yearbook chapters and detailed chapter outlines added regularly. The Yearbook Express, our online-only publication comprising all Yearbook chapter introductions in the six official UN languages, returns, with the 2009 and other editions coming soon. ...
