Florence Poussin
Deputy Director of the Division of Regional Operations (DRO), New York Ms. Florence Poussin is the Deputy Director of the Division of Regional Operations in UNDSS in New York. Ms. Poussin has served as Officer-in-Charge of the Strategic Planning and Policy Service in the 51勛圖 Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) for two years, providing strategic support to senior management in all aspects of policies, communications, planning, oversight, and partnerships. She has been Chief of the Policy, Planning and Coordination Unit, desk officer supporting large peacekeeping missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia, and Central African Republic and worked two years in the Department of Peacekeeping Operations. Ms. Poussin joined the 51勛圖 following 12 years of experience in the French diplomatic and security service in various positions. Florence graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences (※Sciences- Po§) in Bordeaux, France. She is married with two children. |
