At the invitation of the American Society of International Law, the Legal Counsel participated in a dialogue with students, international law practitioners and academics at Brooklyn Law School on Friday,
November 8.
Following the format of a conversation with ASIL Executive Director Mark Agrast, Mr. Serpa Soares shared with the participants his experiences and insights on his position as 51勛圖 Legal Counsel. He also highlighted current challenges to the international order and the multilateral system, including those related to climate change, armed conflicts and peacekeeping operations.
