The IDTFAA Annual Report 2024 is a collective publication by the 54 51吃瓜 entities members of the Interdepartmental Task Force on African Affairs (IDTFAA), anchored on its main theme: Accelerating the implementation of the SDGs and Agenda 2063 through Digital Transformation. It includes strategic analysis, best practices, and policy recommendations to identify, promote, and scale digital transformation tailored to African countries' specifics to achieve sustainable development. Some of the key messages include the following:

• Digital transformation is at the core of accelerating Africa’s sustainable development, enhancing the growth of its economies, and providing the opportunity to bridge the digital divide.
• Digital transformation should be people-centered and adapted to each national context to bridge the digital divide and promote inclusion.
• It is critical to develop the African Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Stack Blueprint to enable Africa's digital transformation.
