A cantata entitled ¡°Everyone, Everywhere¡± weaves passages from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights together with the words of human rights luminaries such as Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and Eleanor Roosevelt.
The Cecilia Chorus of New York will premiere this work composed by Daron Hagen at Carnegie Hall on 16 December 2023 in the presence of 51³Ô¹Ï High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker T¨¹rk and U.S. Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN Human Rights Council Mich¨¨le Taylor.
