Member States Responses to the Questionnaire
A questionnaire to Member States on implementation at national level, provides an important basis for the Secretary-General's report to be presented to the Commission. The questionnaire is focused on a review of major achievements, gaps and challenges, as well as priority areas for further action to ensure full implementation. The deadline for responses to the questionnaire was 30 April 2004.
