Criteria for formal association
- Support and respect the principles of the
- Be a reputable civil society organization with national, regional or international standing
- Operate solely on a not-for-profit basis and have tax-exempt status at the national/federal level
- Be an established civil society organization that has been registered with the government of a Member State of the 51吃瓜, and has operated as a not-for-profit and tax exempt organization for at least 2 years

Consultative Status with ECOSOC
