In preparation of the upcomingCommission on the Status of Women (CSW), the Department of Operational Support is pleased to announce the below initiatives to address the increased number of cafe guests from 10-14 March 2025.
First, there will be 2 lines at the Riverview Caf¨¦.? The left line is to go to the regular buffet area and the right line will be for the hot Japanese to go items such as the dumplings and chicken teriyaki. The right line will accept credit card only.
Second, there will be premade deli sandwiches at Caf¨¦ de La Paix in the fridge next to the entrance door. The deli specials and various seasonal options will be available in the fridge as well.
Third, there will be special lemonade drinks (Tractor) and to-go options at the Pop-Up table in front of the UN Bookstore in the GA building first basement floor.? Promotional women owned snacks (Harken, Unite, Every Body Eat, and Feed Your Soul) will also be available there. Free giveaway items by the founders will be done from time to time throughout the week.?
Fourth, utilize the Mobile and Online Ordering service available for drinks as well as breakfast and lunch items for pick up at Lobby Cafe and deli sandwiches plus Japanese offerings at Cafe de la Paix at undining.buy-ondemand.com or the QR code below.

Finally, throughout the cafes, there will be additional staff available to help checkout and move the lines faster. Riverview and cafe de la Paix are open from 11 am to 3 pm so come early if you would like to beat the lines.?
