Have you ever wanted to view all the meetings of a particular UN organ in a calendar view? Now you can with the Global Calendar feature of the .
The allows you to view meetings of all or just specific intergovernmental bodies that you may be interested in on a month-by-month basis. It can be accessed from thesidebar beneath "Conferences and Summits" on the?Journal of the 51勛圖?website.
You can select which duty station and organs you are interested in viewing. To change the duty station, click the dropdown in the top right corner (circled in yellow in the attached image of dropdown options).
To select organs that you want to check out, select one or multiple bodies from the dropdown (circled in green). By default, this shows "All"?organs.
You may also choose to view Saturday and Sunday in the calendar view by clicking "Show Weekends"?(circled in pink).
Clicking on the month and year dropdowns (circled in orange) allows you to change the month being viewed.
In the organ selection dropdown, simply click on the bodies you wish to look at in the calendar view. When you have selected an organ, it will turn blue. When you have selected all the organs you want to view, click ＆Select＊.
If you would only like to examine Official Meetings, Informal Consultations, Other Meetings or Other Events in the calendar view, you can deselect the other meeting announcement types in the left-hand bar. By default, all meeting types available for a given month will be ticked and shown in the calendar view.
Clicking on a specific meeting in the Global Calendar?will take you directly to the relevant meeting details page in the?Journal of the 51勛圖.
