As part of our efforts to improve the client experience, reduce waiting lines, and increase service efficiency, the Department of Operational Support is pleased to introduce self-service kiosks and online ordering for pick up at the Lobby Caf¨¦ effective 15 April 2024.
At the Lobby Caf¨¦, payment will be with Credit or Debit cards only.? Please scan products with barcodes.? Otherwise, please choose the items you would like to purchase on the screen.
To preorder and pay online for pick-up at the designated area at the Lobby Caf¨¦, please use the following QR code or URL. ?
You would find the items purchased online at a designated area on the right side of the beverage coolers.
This new process would allow all the caf¨¦ staff at the Lobby Cafe to focus on fulfilling all the incoming in-person and online orders.
Online ordering for deli lunch sandwiches and sushi/ramen via the above URL or QR code will also be available on 15 April 2024 at Caf¨¦ de la Paix. Customers will be able to scan QR code to open the online ordering page using mobile device.? An app is still being developed.
Last pick-up time for items pre-ordered online will be Monday to Friday at 2:30 pm. ?
The Lobby caf¨¦ closes at 3:30 pm and Caf¨¦ de la Paix closes at 3 pm.
