APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR THE VIRTUAL SPEECHWRITING AND PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS COURSE FOR MULTILATERAL DIPLOMACY

is pleased to partner with the to implement and deliver the innovative online course on .

The online course is designed for mid- to senior level staff in peacekeeping and political missions of the UN and regional organisations (AU, OSCE, EU, etc.), national diplomats, government officials, non-governmental organisations, and academic institutions.

This virtual course will guide the participants to make the content of their speeches more pertinent and engaging, in addition to helping them deliver their message with spontaneity and confidence. The material draws from the latest techniques in the art of speechwriting, rhetoric and persuasion. Supported by experienced instructors, participants will learn to identify areas of improvement to hone their oration skills.

The training will consist of lectures, simulation exercises, and case studies facilitated by senior mentors Ambassador Amr Aljowaily and Ambassador Milo? Strugar. Andrea Tenenti, Chief of Strategic Communications and Spokepersons at the 51勛圖 Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFL) will intervene as guest speaker.

At the end of the programme, successful participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from both UNITAR and the Conflux Center.
