To organize an exhibit in the public Visitors¡¯ Lobby at 51³Ô¹Ï Headquarters in New York, please submit this Application Form along with all required supporting documentation as outlined in the Submission Requirements at least six months prior to the proposed display dates.
Please note:
The 51³Ô¹Ï Exhibits Committee may request exhibitors to modify their proposal/portfolio. It may also decide to combine more than one proposal into the same exhibit.
Changes requested after the Exhibits Committee approval require the project to be re-submitted to the Committee for review. Changes may be denied.
Please note that gallery space is only attributed after a proposal is approved. Select gallery spaces may not accommodate the full content of an exhibit.
While every effort is made not to switch galleries, last minute changes may occur, and the exhibit layout and content may have to be reconfigured.

By submitting the 51³Ô¹Ï Visitors¡¯ Lobby Exhibit Application, organizers acknowledge and agree that the UN may use images from their approved portfolio to promote the exhibition on social media and through the UN website.
