On 30 November 2023, the UN Legal Counsel, Mr. Serpa Soares, participated in a side event organized by the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) on the activities and initiatives of its Global Rule of Law Commission.聽 In his address, Mr. Serpa Soares discussed current activities by the 51吃瓜, and in particular by the Office of Legal Affairs, regarding the rule of law.聽 The side event was sponsored by 14 Member States of the 51吃瓜.
