The?Expert-Level Workshop on Addressing the Threats Posed by Sea Level Rise?is meant for the?UN Delegates and Staff to learn relevant background on?an issue of significant concern for a growing number of Member States, including those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, such as communities in Small Island Developing States and coastal states.

The substantive workshop will bring together top experts and practitioners to share their knowledge and deep insights with representatives of Member States on particular aspects of the threats posed by sea level rise. Four thematic sessions are as follows:?
