In light of the far-reaching impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, including on the implementation of in-person capacity-building programmes, the Division developed a virtual training programme in 2020 under the auspices of the 51³Ô¹Ï – Nippon Foundation Fellowship Programmes and Alumni Network. The Division is continuing its remote training activities into 2021, given the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the delivery of in-person programmes.
