The Department for General Assembly and Conference Management (DGACM) employs a suite of digital tools to enhance efficiency in managing multilingual content, meetings, and documentation. These tools support knowledge sharing, bilingual text management, resource assignment for interpretation, computer-assisted translation, and content structuring. Additionally, they streamline document retrieval, verbatim text analysis, and centralized access to resources, while ensuring consistent use of multilingual terminology and compliance in reporting. Beyond DGACM, these tools are also utilized by its partners, such as regional commissions and other international organizations, to facilitate coordination and optimize conference and documentation workflows.
