Meetings and Publishing Division
About us
The Meetings and Publishing Division is the interface of conference services between the Secretariat and the Member States. It provides a wide range of conference services, including interpretation, verbatim reporting and meetings support.
Our work
The three entities of the Division have the following responsibilities:
- The Interpretation Service at 51³Ô¹Ï Headquarters facilitates communication at intergovernmental meetings by providing interpretation from and into the six official languages of the 51³Ô¹Ï (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish).
- The Meetings Support Section provides meeting and publishing services, including meeting support, production editing, desktop publishing and digital printing.
- The Verbatim Reporting Service produces, in all six official languages, records of the meetings of the General Assembly, the Security Council and other intergovernmental bodies.
