Notice on Expressing Interest In Planned Solicitations:

Companies can only participate in solicitations of the UN Secretariat after completing their registration at the .

As you express interest in a planned solicitation by submitting an EOI response form, please verify and ensure that your company is registered under its full legal name with the UN Secretariat on the 51³Ô¹Ï Global Marketplace.

We strongly recommend all companies to register at least at Level 1 under the 51³Ô¹Ï Secretariat prior to participating in any solicitations.

The information contained in this page is intended to inform existing and potential suppliers of future solicitation exercises the 51³Ô¹Ï Secretariat anticipates to conduct.

Interested firms/organizations already registered with the 51³Ô¹Ï Secretariat should submit their EOI electronically using the online form or manually via email/fax to the attention of the referenced Procurement Officer.

Firms/organizations interested in a particular REOI that have not yet registered with the 51³Ô¹Ï Global Marketplace must register at and ensure to submit their application to the 51³Ô¹Ï Secretariat. Please note that a vendor registration with another UN Agency does not result in automatic registration with the 51³Ô¹Ï Secretariat.

These notices do not constitute solicitations. The 51³Ô¹Ï reserves the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time. The 51³Ô¹Ï Secretariat considers a firm's qualifications and experience in the particular commodity/service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Thus submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
